By accessing the CollectibleTears website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Right to Refuse or Deny Service

CollectibleTears reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected bot activity, market manipulation, or any behavior that violates our community standards. We are under no obligation to provide a detailed explanation for the denial of service.

2. Fraud and Chargeback Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent activity.

  • Chargeback Ban: Any customer who files a fraudulent or bad-faith credit card chargeback will be permanently added to our global Ban List. This results in the immediate termination of all active memberships (without refund) and the cancellation of all pending "Vault Hold" items.

 

  • Verification: We reserve the right to request additional identification or proof of purchase for high-value orders. Failure to provide verification will result in order cancellation.

3. TCG Market Volatility & Final Sales

Due to the volatile nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) and sports card markets:

  • Final Sale: All sales of sealed TCG products, individual singles, and "Live Break" spots are Final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

 

  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a technical or human error in pricing, CollectibleTears reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Pre-Order & Allocation Policy

  • Allocations: In rare cases where manufacturers short-ship an order (allocations), we will fulfill orders in the sequence they were received.

 

  • Cancellation Fee: Pre-orders cancelled by the customer are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees and allocated inventory costs.

5. The "Vault Hold" & Membership Terms

  • Vault Duration: Items placed in a "Vault Hold" must be shipped within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise specified by a Pro Membership tier.

 

  • Membership Credits: Monthly "Pull Credits" are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire at the end of each billing cycle if not utilized.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All items purchased from CollectibleTears are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

7. Limitation of Liability

CollectibleTears shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if CollectibleTears has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
