CollectibleTears Shipping Policy

At CollectibleTears, we prioritize the "Mint Condition" arrival of every asset. We do not offer budget shipping because we do not use budget protection. Every order is treated as a high-value investment.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Calculated Shipping: All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Processing Time: Most in-stock orders are processed and vaulted for shipment within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard Single Rate: TCG singles ship in rigid, tamper-evident mailers to ensure no bending occurs during transit.

2. The "Vault Hold" Service (Order Consolidation)

To help you save on shipping costs, we offer the Vault Hold feature—a favorite for our Pro Members.

  • Select "Vault Hold" at checkout to secure your items without shipping them immediately.
  • This allows you to win multiple Live Breaks, use your monthly Pro Pull Credits, or snag daily drops over several weeks while only paying for one shipping label when you are ready to receive your haul.
  • When you're ready, simply select "Ship My Vault" on your next order, and we will consolidate everything into one secure package.

3. Pre-Order & Split Shipping

  • Orders containing Pre-Order items will ship in their entirety once every item in that order is in stock.
  • If you want in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders.
  • Note: Manufacturer release dates are subject to change; we ship the moment product hits our dock.

4. Museum-Grade Packaging

  • TCG Singles: Always shipped in a sleeve and top-loader, secured between rigid cardboard "sandwiches" to prevent shifting.
  • Sealed Wax & Statues: We use double-boxing for high-value items, reinforced corners, and premium void-fill to ensure zero box-to-box friction.

5. Security & Insurance

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent via email upon shipment.
  • Signature Required: For your protection, orders exceeding $250 automatically require a signature upon delivery.
  • Insurance: High-value "Black Diamond" and "Vault Pro" shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

6. Returns & Final Sale Policy

  • Due to market volatility, all sales on sealed TCG products, sports cards, and singles are final.
  • Cancellations on pre-orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover allocation and processing costs.
