Refund policy
Preorder Cancellations
All preorders are subject to cancellation and a full refund prior to the release date of the product. Once preorders have shipped products that have not been tampered with or opened can be returned with a 5% restocking fee.
Please note: Opened, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.
Returns After Shipping
Once shipped, unopened and untampered products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

Live Breaks Refunds
Refunds are accepted as long as it is requested PRIOR to the break's opening. Please feel free to ask any questions before making any purchases.
Once a break has been opened, we can no longer offer a refund.
Break Holding/Storage
Due to limited storage space, we can only hold so many breaks aside for so long. 90 days from the date of your last order, if all you accumulate are personals, groups (applies to mostly international customers), or other items with no shipping purchased, hits and bulk will be properly disposed of. We will attempt to at least make one attempt via the email address on file to have you purchase shipping, after which, the cards or items will then be disposed of by CollectibleTears. Our due dilligence on reaching out is a courtesy and will not be guaranteed, as the responsibility of your items falls on you (the consumer.)
